Lizard Skins DSP Hockey Grip Tape is designed with a special type of texture that gives a good grip on the hockey stick. Durasoft Polymer (DSP) is the key ingredient that gives the grip a soft and "tacky" feeling that needs to be tested to know the difference from using regular hockey tape.
With Lizard Skins DSP Hockey Grip Tape you can continue to tape the hockey stick in the same way you always have. You can spin the hockey tape to get a better finger grip, put a knob on the end of the shaft, and then put Lizard Skins grip tape on the outside. Don't change the way you tape. Change the tape you use!
When using regular hockey tape as a grip, extra friction is created between the tape and the inside of the hockey gloves. After a little use, the glue from the inside of the tape will come up to the surface and give a feeling that the gloves are stuck in the tape. The grip tape from Lizard Skins will reduce the wear on your hockey gloves. The DSP material in the tape is more gentle on the inside of the hockey gloves than regular hockey tape. Lizard Skins last longer and will give you an optimal grip on the hockey stick over time.
