What personal information we collect and why we collect it

When you visit our website, we register:

  • Products you have looked at: we use this information to, for example, show you products that you have recently looked at.
  • Products you have added to your wish list: we use this information to show you your favorite products, and to be able to create relevant email campaigns.
  • Wish lists you have created: we keep an overview of the wish lists you have created.

We store information about you for as long as is necessary for each purpose and case, and as long as we are no longer obliged to store the information. For example, we will store information about purchases for 3 years because we are obliged to do so through the Accounting Act. Comments

When visitors post comments on our website, we will collect data entered in the comment fields, and at the same time register the visitor's IP address and type of browser used to prevent spam.

Media

If you upload photos to our website, you should avoid uploading photos that contain information about the place the photo was taken (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website can download location data from images on the website.

We do not collect or store your card information. This information is transmitted directly to our third-party players PayPal and Stripe, and follows their privacy statements. These payments must comply with standards set by PCI-DSS, which is led by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint cooperation body that includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS's policies and requirements contribute to a safer and more secure purchasing process.

Shipping suppliers

How long we keep information about you

If you leave a comment, the comment and information about the comment will be stored indefinitely. This is so that we can recognize follow-up comments and approve them automatically instead of putting them in a queue where they have to be manually approved by an editor.

If you register on our website, personal information that you provide in your user profile is also stored. All users can view, edit and delete their own personal information at any time (except username). Our administrators can also view and edit this information.

When you place an order on our website, we will keep your purchase information until you ask us to delete the information. If you ask us to delete the information, we will ensure that the information will be deleted completely from our systems.

In order to be able to protect your personal information, and prevent and deter against hacking and other attacks, Nordic Hockey AS has taken various measures. Our job is to prevent your personal information from being shared with authorized, misused or disclosed. Nordic Hockey AS only gives access to your personal information to employees who need access to be able to complete their work tasks. Employees who gain access must treat the information confidentially and otherwise follow the company's routines and privacy statement.

Our routines for data leaks

We have installed Wordfence Security plugin as:

  • Searches the website's core files, templates and extensions for malicious software, suspicious links, links, SEO spam and malicious code.
  • Compares our core files, templates and extensions with what is in WordPress.org's repository, checks the validity and reports further to us about possible differences.
  • Checks our website for known security vulnerabilities and notifies us if any issues occur.
  • Checks website content by scanning file content, content and comments for malicious links and suspicious content.
