What personal information we collect and why we collect it

When you visit our website, we register:

We do not collect or store your card information. This information is transmitted directly to our third-party players PayPal and Stripe, and follows their privacy statements. How long we keep information about you

If you leave a comment, the comment and information about the comment will be stored indefinitely. This is so that we can recognize follow-up comments and approve them automatically instead of putting them in a queue where they have to be manually approved by an editor.

If you register on our website, personal information that you provide in your user profile is also stored. All users can view, edit and delete their own personal information at any time (except username). Our administrators can also view and edit this information.

In order to be able to protect your personal information, and prevent and deter against hacking and other attacks, Nordic Hockey AS has taken various measures. Our job is to prevent your personal information from being shared with authorized, misused or disclosed. Nordic Hockey AS only gives access to your personal information to employees who need access to be able to complete their work tasks. Employees who gain access must treat the information confidentially and otherwise follow the company's routines and privacy statement.

Our routines for data leaks

We have installed Wordfence Security plugin as:

  • Searches the website's core files, templates and extensions for malicious software, suspicious links, links, SEO spam and malicious code.
  • Compares our core files, templates and extensions with what is in WordPress.org's repository, checks the validity and reports further to us about possible differences.
  • Checks our website for known security vulnerabilities and notifies us if any issues occur.
  • Checks website content by scanning file content, content and comments for malicious links and suspicious content.
