Exchange, return and complaints

If you cancel a purchase, you are entitled to a refund of the purchase. You must notify within 14 days after you received the item (s) in order to be refunded the purchase. The refund will include any shipping costs you paid for the purchase. The shipping costs for the return must be covered by the customer. You must fill in the right of withdrawal form and send it to us, or fill it out return form.

You can return the item (s) within 14 days for any reason. This applies regardless of whether you want to refund the purchase or exchange the item.

Items returned must be in new and unused condition. Pack the item (s) as delivered, in undamaged original packaging, and with all documentation that came with the product. Return merchandise must be double boxed with no writing on the manufacturer’s box.

Defective, damaged or missing items

If items in a shipment are either defective, damaged, or simply did not arrive, we will send you a new item as soon as possible. If the item is defective or damaged, we need you as a customer to send the item back to us. We will cover the shipping costs. Let us know and we will send you a return label.
If we do not have more items of this type in stock, we will refund the purchase.

It is important that we are notified as soon as possible if the item (s) are defective, damaged or not arrived. This is so that we can take it further with our suppliers or shipping companies.


Based on EU rules, you are entitled to a minimum 2-year warranty. So all products you buy from us automatically have a 2-year warranty.
